The Group's history began in 1982, when it began to represent the Chilean airline LADECO in Brazil, operating in the passenger and cargo sectors. This was the starting point for a trajectory marked by significant commercial milestones and strategic partnerships.
An important turning point occurred in 1996, with the sale of LADECO to LAN CHILE. From that moment on, the Group expanded its responsibilities, starting to represent both companies in Brazil, consolidating its position in the airline market.
The following year, in 1996, the Group assumed the role of GSA (General Sales Agent) to reopen the offices of LAP (Líneas Aéreas Paraguayas) and SAETA in Brazil, a move that demonstrates the organization's ability to deal with complex challenges and promote the expansion of its operations.
Another significant step was the appointment, in 1997, as CGSA of Polar Air Cargo Inc, operating routes between the United States and Brazil. This partnership expanded further in 2008 when the Group assumed the CGSA and CGHA positions of ATLAS AIR INC. This expansion not only consolidated the Group's international presence, but also made it possible to open branches in strategic countries in Latin America, including Chile, Argentina and Peru.
Over the years, the Group has demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt to changes in the aviation sector, exploring business opportunities and establishing strategic partnerships that have contributed to its continued growth and success on the international commercial aviation scene.
